This is exactly what Sir Howard Stringer, the CEO of Sony mentioned in his very first memo to Sony employees The needs and expectations of our customers have changed. The dynamics of the competitive landscape have changed. The pace of innovation across all of the businesses in which we compete has changed. Sony, too, must change.

So whats next? Its Yet Another Mountain, called Dream Fulfillment. Its the most important of all the changes we ever faced.
